The municipal council of Cagliari has approved the budget and the call for grants to be assigned to commercial activities closed or in crisis due to the risk of collapse in via Dettori, in the Marina district, can finally start.

"It is the first act that the administration adopts after the approval of the budget", explains the mayor Paolo Truzzu, "and this is meant to be a precise signal".

Alessandro Sorgia, Councilor for Productive Activities, explains: «From the first days of next week, with the technical assistance we will meet the injured operators to take stock of the various specific situations. We will ensure that the announcement is designed in a way that perfectly adheres to the realities of via Dettori, on the basis of the precise guidelines given by the Region at the time of the allocation". There are 500 thousand euros available.

Interforum Srl and PA Advice Spa have the task of registering the various problems of damage suffered by the owners of the premises and preparing an ad hoc notice for the disbursement of contributions. The Rti will also have to give technical assistance to companies in the presentation of applications, support to the municipal offices in the investigation of the practices, in the granting of contributions and in reporting.

"With this shared path, within the framework of the transparency of a public procedure," the councilor Sorgia points out, "we promise to optimize the contents of the tender and the timing of delivery and reporting".
