The local police of Sassari discovered a man with a counterfeit badge for people with disabilities that he used to park in reserved stalls. The agents also denounced him for criminal responsibility.

The man, in addition to having committed an administrative offense in contravention of the highway code which can result in a fine of up to 660 euros, has also violated the criminal code according to articles 482 (Material falsehood committed by the private individual) and 494 (Substitution of person) , which provide for up to two years of imprisonment.
