Beach tragedy in Alghero: swimmer drowns
It happened in the stretch of sea near the La Mariposa campsite. Rescue efforts were unsuccessful. The victim is an elderly man.

A 91-year-old man drowned in Alghero , in the stretch of sea near the La Mariposa campsite.
118 operators and the Coast Guard were on site.
Attempts to save the man's life were unfortunately in vain.
