A comprehensive investigation is underway into the death of Cinzia Pinna, the woman killed by three gunshots on the night of September 12th in the Conca Entosa farmhouse in Palau . In the last few hours, prosecutor Noemi Mancini has ordered a new, delicate technical investigation, entrusted to a specialist. The investigation involves an IT consultancy on Emanuele Ragnedda's laptop ; the magistrate will appoint the expert within a few days. There are no leaks regarding the contents of the businessman's computer memory.

In addition to reconstructing the crime, prosecutors and judicial police are investigating the whereabouts of individuals who may have helped Ragnedda cover up the murder . It is possible that these individuals are different from those currently under investigation for aiding and abetting. Ragnedda's laptop may contain useful information on this point, such as evidence of conversations and exchanges between the Arzachena businessman and other people close to him . The Tempio Prosecutor's Office has entrusted the Carabinieri with the task of identifying the individuals who allegedly participated, along with Luca Franciosi (the young man under investigation for aiding and abetting), in an evening in Conca Entosa the day after the crime. Franciosi, represented by lawyers Maurizio and Nicoletta Mani, reportedly found specific corroboration in his statements . The young man told the magistrates that he had absolutely no involvement in the matter.

Meanwhile, Emanuele Ragnedda has reportedly expressed deep concern to those close to him about the hostile climate surrounding him in prison . His defense attorney, Luca Montella, confirmed that he immediately requested protective measures for his client.
