Flat-earthers are a well-known category, convinced that if they walk for a long time, at a certain point, they rush into nothingness. But the Sardinian archaeo-conspiracy theorists no, they do not (yet) have the same fame. Yet there are. And they also have a large following.

The Facebook page "Sardinia - Island of Atlantis" has almost 20 thousand followers, classified as a personal blog, which today has distinguished itself for a particular publication: there are pyramids on the island. They would be hidden under the hills, those with the typical conformation of Marmilla, but official science does not start the excavations because they want to keep them hidden.

Here is an excerpt from the writing.

"Also think what would happen to all the Egyptologists around the world, those who have proclaimed themselves experts in the ancient Egypt, including the Pyramids, who according to them would only be found in Egypt. Let us drop a pitiful veil. But just think about it . the archaeologists of the Sardinian cultural regime would also end up. Surely for them too it would be yet another blow against their credibility which has now reached below zero. How would they explain the phantom "Nuragic prehistory" with the presence of the Pyramids in Sardinia? Good question, no ? ".

It's still:

"Thinking about all these things makes us believe that it is intentional that in Sardinia we continue to ignore all the thousands of perfectly conical-pyramidal artificial hills that often and willingly emerge even in lowland areas. 'elementary logical deduction that leads us to think that these hills are not natural, but the result of ancient constructions buried by the earth in tens of thousands of years of history ”.

In short, history would have to be rewritten.

A comment on this theory comes from Carlo Tronchetti: fresh from the award for archaeological disclosure, he was director of the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari for 20 years: “A nonsense” , he says without wasting too many words.

And on the alleged desire to hide shocking discoveries: “They should explain to me why I should do it. That is, with what purpose? ”, He asks and asks.

Beyond the tranchant judgment, he then adds: “The Marmilla hills have been extensively studied. And no, there are no pyramids underneath ”.
