The mathematics teacher who was hit with a headbutt by the father of a student at the Arbus Hospitality School is feeling ill after reprimanding the young man who was too rowdy in class. From the words of the teacher, Pierpaolo Scanu, 56 years old, resident in Cagliari, anger and pain emerge: «It's devastating. As a teacher I believe in the educational value of school and this incident should not have happened."

The professor, transported Monday morning by ambulance to the San Gavino hospital under green code, was discharged late in the evening. Fortunately, nothing serious emerged from the clinical tests, but the doctors still gave him a 15-day prognosis.

Reached by phone, from the tone of his voice Scanu appears very distressed: «The physical pain is there, two weeks of prognosis are proof of this. But it's nothing compared to everything I feel inside myself about this ugly story. I believe, indeed, I am almost certain, that the matter will have judicial implications."
