The weather alert continues in Sardinia, which has been hit by bad weather for days now (ALL ARTICLES) .

On Saturday, the Decentralized Functional Center of Civil Protection issued a new criticality warning for hydraulic and hydrogeological risk, specifically affecting Iglesiente, Campidano, Montevecchio Pischinappiu, Flumendosa Flumineddu, Tirso, and Logudoro.

Yellow (ordinary criticality) is the color of the alert, which will remain in effect, unless extended, until midnight on Sunday.

The ARPAS forecast for Sunday : "Cloudy skies with scattered to widespread precipitation, including showers or isolated thunderstorms, with locally moderate cumulative rainfall in the western sector and on the mountains. Snowfall starting from 1200 meters. Temperatures: decreasing. Winds: generally moderate from the west, strong along the exposed coasts and ridges, locally reaching storm force in the northwest. Seas: rough, very rough in the Tyrrhenian sector. Swells along the western coasts."
