The Carabinieri of the Serramanna station have implemented an order issued by the investigating judge at the Court of Cagliari: i.e. the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching the offended person for persecutory acts.
The military personnel notified the provision to a thirty-eight year old unemployed local man, well known to the police.
The harasser will not be able to get closer than 300 meters from the home, workplace and places frequented by his victim, a 37-year-old also from Serramanna.
The Carabinieri "will ensure that these provisions are respected and in case of violation they will document what happened to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Cagliari, to enable the judge to be able to take more serious precautionary measures if necessary".
