Sixty kilos of fish seized in Senorbì due to the interruption of the cold chain , which is essential for the conservation of fish products in order to avoid the proliferation of bacteria and microorganisms harmful to humans.
The seizure was ordered by the Carabinieri of the NAS of Cagliari, who carried out an inspection in a hotel in the town with a restaurant and spa .
The military of the Anti-adulteration and Health Unit found a serious violation of hygiene standards, due precisely to the interruption of the cold chain. Hence the seizure, also informed the health authority.
