A roofless building and rented land used to illegally store waste of all kinds: car scrap, gas cylinders, used oil drums.

The carabinieri of the Oristano company discovered the illegal landfill in the Bauladu area, in tandem with the forestry soldiers of the Cagliari agri-food environmental police investigative unit.

After the inspection, the building without a roof (200 square meters) and the land (about 50 square meters) were seized.

As mentioned, the sorting of dangerous and illegally accumulated waste really included everything: bodywork parts, seats, engines, tyres, oil filters.

Damaged and abandoned vehicles and three welding gas cylinders were also found.

At the end of the inspection, the owner of the building and land was reported for unauthorized waste management activities.
