"The recruitment does not work: it is chaotic. You enter the role with seven different insolvency procedures - adds Andrea De Giorgi (Cobas) -. From the direction you are unable to manage the situation in the least. A short circuit is created between fixed-term appointments. and indeterminate with schools that will change teachers and therefore teaching continuity will not often be guaranteed. The algorithm that should solve everything on the fly does not work: there are errors after errors. The machines generate too many anomalous situations which then have to be corrected manually by schools ".
And there are also problems for the support of disabled students: the number of qualified teachers is always lower than the needs and, immediately, the call from the other competition classes and rankings will begin. First of all, those who have already had experience in the classroom in this delicate role will be caught.

The students who will enter the classroom will be about 196 thousand. The teachers, including support ones, almost 25 thousand. "There have been new entries - says Depau - but they are not enough. There are many precarious workers, especially in technical and professional institutes: in the first days it will also be complicated to establish the timetable for lessons".
Students and teachers will be able to enter the school without a mask, although it will not be forbidden to wear personal protective equipment. There will no longer be the obligation to measure the fever. At home the positives, but Dad is not expected for them. You may even go to school with flu symptoms. But in this case you will have to use the mask.
