Probation has been requested for the 72-year-old who beat up a car and threatened to kill its driver who had his 8-year-old son next to him. Yesterday in court in Sassari the request of the lawyer Zena Orunesu for her client, originally from Perfugas.

Meanwhile , the documents relating to the case have been sent to the prosecutor's office so that they can evaluate the opening of a trial for injuries which, in the current proceedings, are not contested. The story dates back to May 1, 2022 when the 72-year-old stopped the car driven by Giovanni Paolo Deliperi, president of the Order of the College of Surveyors of Sassari, in Bulzi. The accused, according to the accusations, addressed the father and the child with the phrase: "I'll kill you, come down and I'll kill you and your son".

To then hit the windshield of the car with a wooden bat, the splinters of which fell on Deliperi, causing him some injuries and a prognosis of around ten days. The professional immediately left and reported the incident to the police. The accused is charged with the crimes of threatening, damaging and illegally carrying objects to offend. Giovanni Paolo Deliperi joined the civil action with the lawyers Gian Marco Luciano, Pietro Diaz and Carlo Manca.
