Antonio Nieddu was arrested for having, last Saturday in Sassari, in the Zinziodda Li Buttangari area, smashed the gate of Giovanni Gaias' house with his truck.
The versions differ on what happened immediately afterwards because the second claims to have been hit from behind and to have fallen six meters while the first denies it.
Certainly yesterday Gaias, assisted by the lawyer Sabina Useli, filed a complaint with the police against Nieddu, the 54-year-old had a 45-day prognosis and will have to wear a brace due to walking problems. Nieddu, defended by the lawyer Alessandra Delrio and, was arrested and placed under house arrest.

The narratives also differ regarding the reason for what happened because Nieddu states that he wanted to recover some of his property that the other had been holding for a month, while Gaias reports an altercation due to an engine. Meanwhile, the partner of the alleged attacker also filed a complaint declaring that she had been beaten by the woman who was with Nieddu.
