Acquitted for not having committed the crime . This was the ruling of the preliminary hearing judge Giuseppe Grotteria, yesterday in court in Sassari, for Enrica Pezzoni , accused of having distracted, in collaboration with other people, some vehicles of the Eutraf company, which later went bankrupt.

An affair for which five other people have already ended up on trial for fraudulent bankruptcy a few months ago on charges of "causing the collapse of the Eutraf company through malicious transactions".

The 48-year-old from Emilia had chosen the abbreviated trial and for her the prosecutor Mario Leo, considering her an active part in what happened, had asked for her conviction.

According to the woman's lawyers, Luca Sciaccaluga and his colleague Mauro Mocchi of the Milan Bar, there was no evidence of any liability on the part of their client.

Likewise, the judge for the preliminary hearings noted the absence of concrete elements of the accused's connection with the conduct of the other accused.
