House arrest from 8pm to 6am for the 29-year-old arrested last night in Sassari by the Carabinieri after he forced his way through a roadblock in Via Pascoli .
The order was made by Judge Antonio Spanu, who also validated the arrest, at the end of the direct trial today in the court of the capital of Turritano, where the suspect was defended by the lawyer Costanza Uras.
Around 2.30 the man, in a state of psychophysical alteration, was chased by the military up to Via Pavese where he allegedly manoeuvred and crashed head-on into the police, then resisted and forced the carabinieri to put him in handcuffs.
The wounded carabinieri, who ended up in the emergency room, were reported with 5 days of treatment. The 29-year-old had a minimal amount of cocaine with him.
