There will be almost three thousand paid parking spaces, three times more than last year. But not only that: for the first time, the internal streets of the seaside villages will also be regulated, which have always been stormed because they are free. Those who live in homes will have a pass issued by the Municipality at a cost of 5 euros, while everyone else will pay for the so-called long-term parking for the whole day (and not by the hour), with a minimum cost of twenty euros depending on the vehicle. Perhaps too much, but useful to avoid the invasion of cars.

These are just some of the new features of the Plan that will regulate paid parking along the coast of San Vero Milis. Everything has been carefully studied, with the aim of bringing order to the marina and limiting inconvenience to residents and guests, but also to protect the environment and guarantee decorum and safety.

"And to avoid conflicts on the use of public roads or improper use of the same which in the past have caused significant critical issues and a lowering of the quality of services", we read in the resolution of the Council with which the tariffs were approved.

The blue lines will be active starting from mid-June. News not only in the internal streets of the villages where residents have always had difficulty leaving their homes due to the invasion of cars, but also on the Putzu Idu seafront: here parking is priced at gold. Cars up to 2 hours will pay 5 euros, 7 euros up to 4 hours and 9 euros for six hours.

"A way - as stated in the resolution - to prevent the excessive concentration of cars and bathers near the most accessible beaches and to welcome, regulate and distribute the presences uniformly along the entire coastal strip of the Municipality of San Vero".

High costs also because, in Putzu Idu, there are the main services including kiosks and bathrooms. In the various coasts there are then seasonal passes both for residents in San Vero Milis, but also daily ones.
