Roadworks on the 130 have left everyone queuing even at the entrance to Cagliari.

Queues upon queues on State Road 130, just outside Cagliari. Thousands of motorists, after passing the traffic lights at the turnoff for Elmas (which for a few days has also been dealing with the incoming traffic from Pula, Villa San Pietro, Sarroch, and Capoterra, in addition to the usual traffic from Sulcis-Iglesiente), soon found themselves stuck in a traffic jam for a maintenance project. A team of ANAS workers is repairing some potholes created by heavy rains. A valuable service, needless to say. But the motorists, already exhausted by the traffic jams, ended up stuck in another traffic jam.
