The third person investigated on charges of attempted murder for an attack that took place on July 19 in a bar on Via Duca degli Abruzzi was arrested yesterday in Sassari by the Carabinieri.

The victim, a 62-year-old from Sassari, was hit on the head with a blunt object in the incident, resulting in brain trauma and injuries for which he is still being treated. Two suspects for the episode, Alessio and Stefano Levanti, defended by lawyers Paolo Spano and Mario Pittalis, have already been in Bancali since August 28 and the investigating judge, last week, denied their release.

The third suspect, Luca Silanus, was – as written – stopped yesterday by the military of the Arma, just returned from outside Sardinia, and is also in the Bacchiddu prison. His lawyer Lorenzo Galisai defends him.
