A hard blow, not the first, to the credibility of Emanuele Ragnedda, which should inevitably lead to the opening of another case, for slander, against the confessed murderer of Cinzia Pinna .
During the interrogation his lawyers had long requested, Luca Franciosi yesterday dismantled the businessman's reconstruction: "First I was accused of hiding the body. Then of aiding and abetting. But I don't know what they're talking about, I don't know why I'm involved in this story. I didn't know the victim, I didn't know she was missing, I have no relatives here in Sardinia, and I don't understand the reason for all this ."
Ragnedda initially blamed him for making the woman's body disappear, but then changed her story, saying that the 26-year-old from Milan had "disposed of" some of the victim's personal items (backpack, phone, and clothes).
But Franciosi denied everything and presented evidence: on the day Ragnedda indicated for the delivery of the items, he wasn't in Palau, but in another location . He was in Conca Entosa, but on the evening of September 14th: "Ragnedda invited me, and there were other people there. We didn't notice anything," he said. Franciosi allegedly identified the other guests of the evening spent in the farmhouse, a fact covered by the confidentiality of the investigation.
