The Carabinieri of the Sinnai Station and the Operations Section of the local Company, in collaboration with colleagues from the Cagliari Labor Inspectors Nucleus, have ordered the suspension of an agricultural activity in Quartu Sant'Elena.

In fact, during a check, it emerged that the owner - a 50-year-old - used the labor of a worker of Italian nationality, without an employment contract.

Furthermore, the military ascertained that all the company's workers were filmed by a video surveillance system , without however the employees being aware of it or, in any case, without having authorized the recordings, as per law.

Under the workers' statute it is in fact forbidden to film one's own employees during their working activities.

The entrepreneur was then sanctioned with a fine of 7,000 euros.
