New interventions for 272 million euros for works, construction sites and projects in various areas of Sardinia.

These were announced by the regional councilor for Public Works Pierluigi Saiu, with a post on Facebook, also giving the details of the interventions "contained in the variation bill approved by the regional council".

Here are the measures that received the green light:

  • + 10.7 million for municipal roads (over the last two years more than 100 million euros have been allocated by the regional budget)
  • + 9.7 million for the redevelopment of urban centres
  • + 8 million for the completion of the design of the "Sardinian Crossroad"
  • + 4 million for road works in the mountains: Desulo, Ovodda, Meana (over the 6.5 million already allocated for the "Cossatzu - Tascusì")
  • + 22.5 million for the design and construction of new hydroelectric power plants
  • + 20 million for urban drainage networks
  • + 10 million for the safety of the Mughina tunnel in Nuoro
  • + 3 million for the safety of the Siniscola-La Caletta road
  • + 10 million for the maintenance of barracks and police stations
  • + 40 million for other construction sites
