The conclusion of the works on the buildings took place during the Legislature, with an important acceleration that led in 2020 to the certification of the completion of the works in the main works. In the first months of the year it was then declared practicability.

The apartments in Oristano are equipped with a condominium photovoltaic system for the production of electricity, each accommodation also has a single system for the production of domestic hot water from solar energy, air conditioning systems and, in terms of sustainability, the buildings are equipped with a rainwater collection system to be allocated to the surrounding green areas.

The overall financing (including the demolition of the old buildings and the reconstruction, with the creation of the garage in the basement) on the two buildings that house the apartments is approximately 4.5 million. Another 400 thousand euros already allocated will be used to complete the systems serving the garage and put it into operation.
