The cruelty of war and the pain of the vanquished as told by Euripides in " Supplyers" is disconcertingly relevant. The ATIR – Nidodiragno/CMC – Fondazione Teatro Due production, in the translation by Maddalena Giovannelli and Nicola Fogazzi, arrives on the island for the Grande Prosa circuit set up by CeDac Sardegna. We start with the matinee for schools on Wednesday at 11am at the AMA / Multidisciplinary Auditorium of Arzachena. On Thursday the show arrives at the "Gavì Ballero" Civic Theater in Alghero (starting at 9pm) and on Friday it will be at the Teatro Comunale di San Gavino Monreale, again starting at 9pm.

The direction is by Serena Senigaglia . All-female cast from the moment it tells of the request of the women of Argos, mothers of the warriors who fell before the gates of Thebes, addressed to the king of Athens Theseus to intercede on their behalf to obtain from Creon the return of the bodies of their children and give them a worthy burial: faced with the refusal of the Theban sovereign, who persists in breaking the sacred laws, there is no other solution than a new armed conflict.

On stage Matilde Facheris , Maria Pilar Pérez Aspa , Arianna Scommegna , Giorgia Senesi , Virginia Zini , Sandra Zoccolan and Debora Zuin.
