Sardinia, with the image of football legend Gigi Riva, a Corten steel work presented as a gift to his son, Nicola Riva. The gesture was by Daniele Salis, an artist from Porto Torres, who chose to donate one of his many creations in memory of the football legend, during the third edition of "A Kick to Bullying," the sports and solidarity event held in Porto Torres over the weekend.

The initiative, promoted by the Gianni Fresu Association and sponsored by the Municipality of Porto Torres, offered two days dedicated to raising awareness about bullying, actively involving schools and offering a multidisciplinary sports experience open to the city.

During last Friday's conference, moderated by sports journalist Vittorio Sanna, the award ceremony for the work, crafted by Salis with the tools of the trade and the precious Corten steel that distinguishes his creations, took place . It was a tribute to the champion's son, testifying to the affection and memory of a sportsman who will forever remain in the hearts of Sardinians.
