Porto Torres: he trips over the manhole, falls and ends up in the hospital

He stumbles into a manhole and falls tumbling to the ground. Misadventure for a middle-aged woman who, around noon, fell as she was about to cross the road along Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Porto Torres, at the intersection with Via Giordano Bruno. A dangerous tumble for the unfortunate woman who hit her head and suffered several injuries to her face.

The cause of the ruzzolone, a manhole in the center of the roadway that created a disconnection from the floor. Several passersby witnessed the accident and gave first aid and immediately alarmed 118. The medical team, who intervened with the ambulance, after the first treatments transported the woman to the Santissima Annunziata hospital in Sassari for investigations.

Once again there is the problem of anomalies in the road surface and bad roads, sometimes not entirely perceptible and, therefore, unpredictable. In recent days, another accident had occurred along the sidewalks of the seafront. And even in that case, the condition of the pavement had come under fire.
