Oristano, spirits for children under 16: two complaints

They administered alcohol and spirits to underage children and the owner and an employee of a bar in the historic center of Oristano were charged.

After several reports, the emergency response team and the commercial section of the local police, coordinated by the commander Gianni Uras and the deputy Roberto Chessa, intervened in the club. The plainclothes officers entered the premises as ordinary customers and then began the checks: numerous children under the age of 16 who consumed alcohol and spirits were identified .

Then the inspection inside the bar was triggered, then the complaint for violation of article 689 of the penal code (administration of alcoholic beverages to minors).
