Not even the snow stops Zigheddu: Aritzo's walker challenges the frost on the Fonni mountains

Not even a meter of snow stops Zigheddu.

The walker from Aritzo (born Francesco Calledda) yesterday morning braved the frost on the Fonni mountains , despite his 84 years, climbing to high altitudes together with some friends who share his passion for long walks and excursions.

Protagonist in all the most important marathons in the world , authentic runner of faith (his pilgrimages to the most important sanctuaries of the island are famous, from Nora to Sant'Efisio to San Francesco di Lula) did not want to miss the appointment with the first big snow of the season.

A supply of water and hazelnuts from Aritzo ("my only supplements") and off we went for the umpteenth walk.
