New event dedicated to local businesses and organized in collaboration with the University of Cagliari .

The aim of the meeting held today in Cagliari – headquarters of L'Unione Sarda, from 5:30 pm, also live streaming on UnioneSarda.it – was to offer an overview of the issue of tariffs, which has returned to prominence after the election of Donald Trump as president of the USA.

Moderated by Giuseppe Deiana, editor-in-chief of L'Unione Sarda, the event sought to clarify what duties are, but also how they work and how they affect the economy . And then a reflection on how to deal with customs duties and how companies can act to avoid suffering economic losses.

Guests of the talk: Andrea Poddighe, Professor of Tax Law; Michele Ippolito, Chartered Accountant and expert in tax law; Luca Tronci, Researcher of Commercial Law.
