National security and cyberspace: the conference at the University of Cagliari

On Wednesday 24 July, starting from 3pm, the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Cagliari will host the conference "National security and cyberspace: actors, roles and action plans".
The study day is organized within the SERICS (SEcurity and RIghts in the CyberSpace) partnership. Following the institutional greetings of the vice-rector Gianni Fenu, numerous interventions are planned. Participants: Giorgio Giacinto, to talk about "cybersecurity in the Italian academy: training, research and technological transfer"; Luciano Carta, with the speech on "countering disinformation in the era of artificial intelligence"; Antonio Nicita who will talk about "cybersecurity and AI as strategic assets" and Roberto Baldoni to talk about "digital sovereignty, from cyber attacks to hostile AI".
This will be followed by a round table which will also be joined by Francesco Greco, director of the operational center for Cyber Security - Postal and Communications Police. The event will be moderated by the chief editor of L'Unione Sarda Giuseppe Deiana.
