Ninety kilos of frozen meat seized and fines for a total of 4,500 euros: this is the balance of the checks carried out by the Nas carabinieri in a minimarket in Cagliari , which also sells ethnic products.

The soldiers of the specialized section discovered that some of the stored products - chicken, pork and beef - lacked labeling and identification elements for traceability. They could therefore constitute a potential danger to human health and consumer safety.

Thus the sanctions were triggered and the information to the competent authorities started.
