False documents to convince a 67-year-old from Monserrato of her work and thus obtain an unfair profit.

A 58-year-old surveyor is being investigated for aggravated fraud and forgery following the investigations carried out by the Monserrato carabinieri. From what emerged, the professional had attributed to third parties the causes of the delay in dealing with the application that he had filed in the woman's name, without following up on the building practice for which he had received a formal assignment. At the same time he had obtained over 7 thousand euros in cash from the lady , explaining that it was the payment of the construction costs deriving from the application of the Bucalossi law.

In reality, this payment is not expected until the approval of the building permit.

To gain the trust of the 67-year-old, the surveyor had even produced a false public deed certifying the payment to the Municipality of the expected amount and in a subsequent phase a further forgery represented by the alteration of the contents of a PEC receipt , coming from the public platform of the Region of Sardinia which makes administrative acts public.
