Man stabbed in Pirri: "I cut myself". But the quarrel with his partner is hypothesized

Moments of fear this morning in a house in Piazza dei Carrubi in Pirri .

A report to 118 and 113 spoke of a stabbing with an injured man .

The victim was rescued by medical staff for a cut in his arm : the injured man then refused to be transported to the hospital. Police on site.

To clarify whether the man was hit by his partner , at the end of a dispute, as investigators suspect or if he caused the cut himself, as he claimed upon the arrival of agents and rescuers.
