The S'Adde viaduct was opened in the afternoon. It had been closed on the evening of last January 26, with an ordinance ordered by the Province for a serious technical problem. The road joints had disconnected.

The immediate intervention of the fire brigade imposed a closure to traffic, which was diverted to alternative routes for 21 days, in particular on the 131 and then in the industrial area of Tossilo, lengthening the route by over 6 kilometers and creating inconvenience and protests.

The S'Adde viaduct is an extension of the 129 Nuoro Macomer state road, which connects the capital of Marghine with all of the Nuoro area. For 20 days they worked to restore that stretch of road, thanks to the direct commitment of the extraordinary commissioner of the Province, Costantino Tidu, who had immediately guaranteed the immediate start of the works.

Mayor Antonio Succu and the president of the Union of Municipalities Gian Pietro Arca worked day by day to urge the start of work and the immediate restoration of the bridge, worried about the consequences that would arise in the event of a health emergency.

For 21 days the scheduled buses had to lengthen the route, creating inconvenience for the students. It is not yet known whether the Province has renewed the maintenance contract stipulated with a specialized company, which expired on 31 December. For some years on that stretch of road people have been traveling at 30 kilometers per hour due to safety problems, in particular due to the precarious state of the joints that needed to be replaced.
