With this motivation, the governor Christian Solinas obtained the postponement of the preliminary hearing of the trial which sees him accused together with the councilor of General Affairs Valeria Satta following the investigation into the appointment of two general directors: Silvia Curto as president and Antonio Pasquale Belloi to the Civil Protection.

Judge Ermengarda Ferrarese gave the ok to Solinas' request for legitimate impediment and set the hearing for next Monday, 25 July. The GUP, which must decide on the request for indictment of the prosecutor Andrea Vacca, did not fail to emphasize that it is the fourth legitimate impediment raised by the President of the Region.

For this reason he explained to the defender Salvatore Casula that the hearing on Monday 25 will be able to have a flexible schedule, to be agreed with any Solinas commitments , but he will not be able to skip.

The lawyer Massimiliano Ravenna, defender of Satta, has instead urged a rapid definition of the procedure, so if on Monday there is a new impediment, we will proceed to the request for an excerpt to allow discussion of the assessor's position.

The head of the cabinet Maria Grazia Vivarelli is involved in the same investigation, but has chosen the abbreviated procedure, who asked to be questioned and answered the questions of the investigating judge. The three are accused of abuse of office , attempted extortion for Satta and undue induction for Vivarelli.
