Rescue inside a cave in Laerru. A dog was trapped in the darkness of the underground passage without anyone realizing the danger the animal could face. The alarm was raised by some tourists in the area who found the dog crippled.

They immediately reported the problem on social media, and a group of members of the Sassari GSAS mobilized to intervene as quickly as possible. Reaching him wasn't easy, but the members of the Gruppo Speleo Ambientale Sassari (GSAS) quickly managed to free him and bring him back to the light of day, where volunteers were waiting to care for him.

For the team of speleologists, seeing him safe again "was the greatest reward. Thanks to everyone who collaborated and made this rescue possible."
