Around 1,500 litres of used oil and waste water from boats : this is what the Carabinieri discovered in a condominium courtyard in La Maddalena.

The liquids , contained in three different containers, were stored without the necessary authorisations for the correct waste management required by law , resulting in danger for people and the environment.

At the end of the investigations, the military managed to identify the person responsible, a Maddalena entrepreneur, who was reported for illegal waste management. The criminal seizure of the waste and its containers was also ordered, validated by the Tempio Pausania Judicial Authority.
