Anti-drug operation in Cagliari to counter the sale of ketamine .
From dawn this morning the carabinieri of the Cagliari investigative unit together with the soldiers of the competent stations for the territory, the Sardinian hunters and a helicopter from the Elmas nucleus , carried out searches, kidnappings and 17 precautionary custody orders in prison and under house arrest .
The blitz, still in progress, is coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Cagliari .
A criminal group specializing in drug trafficking is targeted. The operation was dubbed "Ketamine" after the powerful narcotic from Holland, England and Germany who traded gang members.
The ordinances, signed by the investigating judge of Cagliari, were carried out not only in the Sardinian capital, but also in Oristano and Siena.
