Trexenta cheese and wine awarded around the world. The Garau dairy in Mandas has won two bronze medals by participating in the International Cheese & Diary Awards which has been taking place in England for 128 years now. Participants exceed 5,500 registrations every year. It is considered by far the most prestigious cheese competition in the world, taking home an award in what is called the Cheese Olympics means being part of an elite group at an international level.

The Trexenta winery of Senorbì instead won the gold medal at the prestigious Grenaches du Monde 2024 wine competition in Paris, establishing itself as an excellence in the production of Grenache wines. The prize was awarded to Cannonau di Sardegna doc Baione, the result of the passion and dedication of the Trexente wine cooperative.

Gold medal also for Vermentino Contissa at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2024.

The primary ambition of the important competition is to offer consumers a guarantee: to distinguish wines of impeccable quality, real pleasures of consumption and tasting from the 4 corners of the world, for all price ranges. The Trexente agricultural cooperative was once again rewarded for the quality of the wines produced.
