Fully acquitted. Alessandra Zedda, former industry councilor with Forza Italia and now a Cagliari city councilor with Lega-Anima Sardegna, was acquitted in the Cagliari court in the trial regarding the alleged €80,000 bribe linked to the Ingenium fund.

The prosecutors Emanuele Secci and Diana Lecca had requested Zedda's acquittal (assisted by lawyer Agostinangelo Marras), with a dramatic twist during their closing speech in October.

The alleged bribe payer—which is vehemently denied by the defense attorneys of the other defendants, for whom the statute of limitations has expired—was Flavio Mallus, the director of Fm Fabbricazioni Metalliche, who pleaded guilty to four and a half years in prison (also for bankruptcy). Following the bribe, according to the two prosecutors' reconstruction, the entrepreneur was saved from bankruptcy with €750,000 in public funds linked to the Ingenium Fund. But Zedda had nothing to do with the operation.
