Illegal connection to the water network, reported to Pauli Arbarei

An abusive connection to the public water distribution pipes got into trouble a 70-year-old from Pauli Arbarei , who was reported by the Lunamatrona carabinieri for aggravated theft.

The old man allegedly had the irregular connection set up in order to irrigate his agricultural land.

The original situation of the pipelines has already been restored by the local technical office, through the dismantling of the entire system for approximately 50 meters of pipes and pumps which have been seized and entrusted by the carabinieri in judicial custody to the person reported.
