Sardinian healthcare and its alleged malpractices are at the center of the complaint by the group leader of the Progressives Francesco Agus who, almost a week after the vote on 25 February, returns to topics already addressed but - according to his statements - more topical than ever.

«Last Sunday the Sardinians voted. They have elected a new President (by the way: happy birthday again @alessandratoddem5s!) and imposed a line of total change compared to the past management, in particular with regards to healthcare", he writes on his Facebook profile.

«A sector in which, however – continues Agus –, even in these days, we are continuing with what we denounced during the election campaign: appointments, hirings, assignments, illegitimate modifications of company documents, appointments of department directors. The attempt is clear: to use the last remnants of power to place their trusted men in strategic positions and poison the wells before the start of the new legislature. Indecent behavior as well as most likely illegitimate."

«The DGs of the various healthcare companies must stick to ordinary administration and avoid any action that is not of an urgent nature while awaiting the indications that will come from the new regional council. This is what they have to do. To preserve public health from abuses of power and allow its immediate relaunch", concludes the group leader.
