Protected deposition (probative incident) for two small victims of abuse and four people registered in the register of suspects with several serious charges. These are the developments of an investigation conducted by the Carabinieri of the Tempio Company and coordinated by the District Attorney's Office of Cagliari (competent for the matter). We are talking about the investigation that began last year in a small town in Alta Gallura and culminated with the arrest of a 40-year-old man accused of abusing his eight-year-old son and of having distributed child pornography material depicting the child. Now the investigation has expanded.

In fact, the alleged victims (the prosecutors speak of “child pornography shows”) are two and are under ten years old. Furthermore, the Carabinieri of Tempio, tracking the sending and destination of child pornography chats and files, have reported, after the father of the first child indicated as a victim, also a man from Arzachena, a 37-year-old man born in a town in the Pescara area and another man resident in Milan. Now the children (whose families are assisted by lawyers Monica Liguori and Anna Maria Ranedda) will be heard with all the necessary precautions in Cagliari. No comment from the defense (lawyers Angelo Schirru and Giampaolo Murrighile).
