A 36-year-old man was arrested by the Carabinieri of Monserrato on the order of the Court of Cagliari on charges of mistreatment in the family.
The man, resident in Quartu Sant'Elena but actually domiciled in Monserrato, had already been subjected to the precautionary measure of prohibition from approaching the places frequented by the victim due to the threats and harassment towards the mother, with whom he had had repeated episodes of conflict.
In the past few days the Carabinieri had already intervened at the home of the man's mother, in Monserrato. On that occasion, the 36-year-old was found a few meters from the woman's home, in violation of the provisions of the Prosecutor's Office. Hence the arrest with the man who was associated with the prison of Uta.
