The Norwegian witness in the Grillo trial will be summoned through the international rogatory procedure for the hearing on February 17. This was established by the Tempio Tribunal, a panel presided over by Marco Contu, accepting the requests of Ciro Grillo's lawyers, Francesco Corsiglia, Edoardo Capitta and Vittorio Lauria. Today it emerged that, in reality, he was correctly notified in Norway of the summons for today's hearing, but the act was completed late .

The defense insists: the witness, a minor at the time of the events, must explain to the judge what happened in the summer of 2018 in Norway . According to the statements of the young man's father (a well-known Norwegian politician), the alleged victim of the Grillo case apologized to the boy "in the presence of many friends for having made accusations of sexual violence against him". The requests of the defense of Ciro Grillo and his friends have now transformed the trial into an international case .

The witness's father reacted harshly to the news of the accusations of sexual violence against his son in Italy, because the story had ended - according to his statements - in a sensational backtracking by the alleged victim. Today the interpreter of some chats, answering questions from lawyers Mariano Mameli and Antonella Cuccureddu, explained the meaning of several words in English . The trial continues on December 16.
