The second hearing of the Grillo trial for group sexual violence, dedicated to the cross-examination of the victim, ends in a climate of strong tension.

The lawyer Antonella Cuccureddu, lawyer of Francesco Corsiglia, announced the presentation of a complaint to the public prosecutor's office in Tempio with attached hundreds of posts with intimidating and defamatory content addressed to her on social media.

Cuccureddu carried out the cross-examination of the alleged victims of the rape attributed to Ciro Grillo, Francesco Corsiglia, Vittorio Lauria and Edoardo Capitta. The girl was asked detailed questions about the alleged sexual violence, in particular about her gestures and reactions. The Milanese student had some emotional crises, but the cross-examination also continued with questions from the prosecutor and the judges. The lawyer Cuccureddu was attacked for the methods and content of her questions, for example those on the oral relationship into which the alleged victim was allegedly forced.

After the hearing, the criminal lawyer, who received the solidarity of the magistrates in the courtroom, was threatened and insulted on social media. During today's hearing, the alleged victim fell into heavy contradictions, in particular regarding what happened after the group sexual violence contested by the Tempio Prosecutor's Office.
