Another twist in the trial on the alleged gang rape contested against Ciro Grillo (son of the founder of 5Stelle, Beppe Grillo) and three of his peers . The Superior Council of the Judiciary has applied to Tempio the magistrate Nicola Bonante, who was part of the judging panel of Grillo and had been transferred to Bari.
So Bonante returns to Sardinia, but the CSM has decided, with an evaluation of general interest and not on the individual case, that the magistrate is applied to Tempio to complete the hearing of all the criminal files for which he is still a judge, therefore not in the Grillo trial where he has already been replaced by a colleague serving in the Gallura court .
It was the heads of the Court of Tempio who asked the CSM to intervene, not specifically on the Grillo case, but to guarantee the regular progress of all the processes of the college (with Bonante as judge) for very delicate cases and with defendants subjected to the precautionary measure of the prison. So in September the Grillo trial will resume regularly with the new panel and with the exception of the last hearing (which was videotaped).
