Both remain in the community for minors to which the two sixteen-year-old protagonists of a violent dispute outside the Hotel Institute of Sassari were assigned by the Juvenile Court on 24 February last. The video ended up on social media and went viral, the police had reported them.

The investigating judge questioned them on Thursday and rejected the request to replace the precautionary measure with home stay in the family, presented by the lawyer Luca Diaz, who defends one of the two girls. Now the Review will decide, to which the same lawyer addressed and which will be pronounced on Monday. The defender Giacomo Crovetti will also present a request to the Review for the other young person involved in the fight.

While the position of the other two women involved and reported by the agents of the Mobile Police Station, being of age, is being examined by the Prosecutor's Office.
