The Constitutional Court has postponed from 9 July to 24 September the hearing on the first conflict of powers raised by Sardinia in the case of the removal of the President of the Region .

A good sign for the governor? Hard to say. The appeal in question is the one presented by the Region against the injunction order of the Guarantee Board established at the Court of Appeal of Cagliari, in the part - summarizes the Consulta on the page dedicated to the registration of the hearings - in which it provides that, given the ascertained violation of the rules that govern the electoral campaign, the removal from office of the elected candidate is imposed, and the transmission of the order to the President of the Regional Council in order to adopt the provision of removal of Alessandra Todde from the office of President of the Region.

The hypotheses

Among the reasons for the postponement, the second conflict of attribution raised by the Region on June 26, this time against the ruling of the first instance court that confirms what is written in the injunction order. It can be assumed that the Consulta has opted to combine the two appeals that would still remain registered in two different roles.
