“Abnormal hygienic conditions in cold rooms” , “structural irregularities due to the presence of humidity on the walls, with the danger of food contamination” and “ failure to monitor the critical points of production as inventoried in the self-control manual”.

These are just some of the anomalies discovered by the Nas carabinieri in the context of some control services in two Chinese restaurants in Cagliari .

In one of the rooms there was a lack of “measures aimed at preventing the entry of infesting insects”, therefore mosquito nets, and the materials intended for contact with food were placed on the floor. Furthermore , no surveillance forms were compiled for the critical points of production .

The two restaurants will have to pay administrative penalties, which are currently being quantified.
