Great fear shortly after midnight yesterday in the town of Uras . A fire suddenly broke out in a house in via Verdi, in a suburban area close to the sports field.
The flames, starting from one room, in a few minutes spread to the rest of the house.

Immediate alarm from the owners who managed to escape to safety by running away on the street.
The firefighters of Oristano worked over two hours to tame the fire and secure the building.

Checks are underway to ascertain the causes of the fire. The carabinieri were also on site.
